Tesla's long-delayed next-generation Roadster has taken centre stage after a demonstration featuring mid-air manoeuvres, rocket-style thrusters and a landing on its wheels, raising questions about whether flying cars could become a reality. Unveiled by Elon Musk's electric vehicle company at an event in Texas on October 15, the redesigned sports car was developed in collaboration with SpaceX, Musk's rocket company.
